What is this site and who the hell is Rogue Records?
Rogue Records is the small indie label that is used to promote and distribute the projects of Dean Martinetti. Dean is a producer in the video game industry and started this little venture about 6 years ago. In that time he has produced albums for the Pimp X project. In between making records he produces games. Some of them you have probably heard of...others probably not...its all good though. He doesn't mind.

So what's with the site then?
Well the site is just a place to come to and get info on the new releases, projects and new projects that might be coming down the wire is all. Call it his home page if you will.

Well if it's his home page, how come there is nothing on it about him...or any pics?
Because he believes the music should speak for itself, and you should not need to see his face or him at all for that matter to associate the brand. The music and the logo will do all the talking is the way it is round here.

Does Pimp X ever Tour?
A few times here and there, Pimp X has played shows to sold out crowds. It's very limited and usually only in NYC and California. They do want to do Ibiza at least once before they dies. If a show date or an actual tour happens, we will post it both here and on Pimp X's my space page. http://www.myspace.com/pimpx

So, you are not a real label then?
We are as far as if you have a band that wants a distribution point and a place to call home without paying for it. Then yea. CDBABY, Ingrooves, iTunes, these are all parts of the system we use to get our products out there, and more are coming. There has even been talk of working with a major label to distribute our products...more on that if it happens.
