 Erthkult is a new experiment from the same folks that bring you Pimp X. The music is hard, driving and some would consider it Happy Hardcore. One thing that it isn't is the norm.
It even has elements of Heavy Metal in it...oh Joyous days.
Influenced by Art of Noise, Aphroditie, Aphex Twin, Rotterdam Terror Corps, Fear Factory, Strapping Young Lad.... Erthkult is pounding, pulsating, and always in your face. Trippy landscapes over sub bass that will melt your head or pound it into the ground. The sound will always have a Machine edge to it. The project goal this time is to have hard edge of your seat music. Something that has been called "Crusing music" in house.
Other influences like Anime, Robots, Videogames and Sci -Fi will be used to paint each landscape for each CD made. Production on the new project will commence after Pimp X's 2009 release. Until then keep watching the skies for the ERTHKULT.
